You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jil18, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jil18 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement is not met.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active jil18 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
All transactions on jil18 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other participating Philippine banks. Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits are not accepted.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jil18 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met. jil18 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the jil18 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of jil18.net. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jil18 platform.
1.2 jil18 may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jil18.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of the jil18 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jil18's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jil18 platform. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jil18 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to enforce this requirement.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jil18 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jil18 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. jil18 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jil18:
2.4 jil18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on jil18. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jil18 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jil18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil18 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jil18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify jil18 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jil18 support is available 24/7 via live chat on the platform.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). jil18 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit any identity, address, or source-of-funds documentation requested by jil18 within the timeframe specified. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jil18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on jil18:
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jil18 platform at the time of the transaction. jil18 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jil18 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform. jil18 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Transaction Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details you provide are accurate. jil18 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect account details provided by you.
5.1 jil18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jil18 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jil18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
5.5 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
6.1 Certified RNG. All games available on jil18 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited to verify compliance with fairness standards.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game on jil18 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, jil18 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. jil18 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jil18 support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. jil18's decision on disputed game results, following review of server-side logs, shall be final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil18 platform:
7.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
8.1 All content on the jil18 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jil18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jil18 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jil18 platform without prior written consent from jil18.
9.1 jil18 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jil18, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 jil18 complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
9.3 jil18 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil18 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 jil18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil18 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jil18 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jil18's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your jil18 account at any time by contacting jil18 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.2 Suspension or Termination by jil18. jil18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jil18 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jil18 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jil18 shall first be submitted to jil18's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact jil18 support in writing, setting out the nature of your dispute and the resolution you seek. jil18 will endeavor to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jil18's internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.1 jil18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published at jil18.net/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jil18 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email.
13.2 Your continued use of the jil18 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
